Development of TPU Microcode for Diesel Engine Control

Abstract:The TPU microcode program,which facilitated the processing of crankshaft signal and the generation of injection pulses,was developed on an electronic control unit of diesel engine based on the microcontroller of MPC561.With the development tool of Visual C++,the program was integrated into the engine management system.The experiment results show that the developed control unit can realize the accurate control of synchronization between crankshaft and camshaft and fuel injection,and meanwhile can effectively reduce the load of CPU.
