| 摘 要： | 为了准确评估既有建筑结构的安全性,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,结合《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》和《建筑地震破坏等级划分标准》,将Pushover方法用于既有建筑结构的安全性鉴定.以都江堰1栋遭遇"5.12"汶川地震破坏的框架结构为例,评定了该结构在预估地震作用下的安全性等级和地震破坏等级.结果表明,分析结果与实际震害基本吻合,证明采用Pushover方法能有效评估既有建筑结构的安全性.
