| 摘 要： | 提出了上海地铁车辆用统型车轮的毛坯结构,通过与上海轨道交通3号线、4号线现役车轮对比计算,证实了统型车轮具有良好的静强度、疲劳强度及热力学性能,满足强度及热力学的要求。

| Abstract: | A unified type wheel is developed for Shanghai metro vehicles.Compared with the Shanghai Rail Transit Line 3 and Line 4 vehicles' wheels,the unified type wheel has better mechanical stress,fatigue stress and thermal capability in calculation.The stress and thermal capability of the unified type wheel are acceptable. |
