| Abstract: | On May 31,2007, the Ministry of Communications promulgated the new Regulations of the People's Republic of China for Endorsement of Ship Documents. This is an important instrument for enhancement of ship safety management, regulating the activities of the endorsement of ship documents and ensuring waterborne traffic safety. This paper also provides its analysis from legal and real operational aspects. |
