温拌剂对沥青性能的影响分析

温拌剂的作用是在进行沥青混合料的拌合及压实时有效降低这一过程中的温度,温度的降低能够一定程度上减少二氧化碳和固体粉尘等污染物的排放.与此同时,出料温度的降低还能够相应地减少施工过程中沥青轻质油分的挥发,从而降低对工作人员的健康伤害.针对这一问题展开探讨,对目前国内外已有的温拌剂的实际的使用性能进行对比研究,在此基础上分析温拌剂对沥青性能的影响.

Analysis of Influence of Warm-Mixed Additives on Asphalt Performance

The role of warm-mixed additive in asphalt mixture mixing and compaction is effectively redueing the temperature in the course, which can reduce the emission of carbon dioxide, dust and other pollutants. At the same time, temperature decreases of discharging can lead to a corresponding reduction of asphalt light oil volatilization in construction process, which can also reduce the damage of staff＇s health. In allusion to this prob lem, tile paper compares and studies the application performance of current warm-mixed additives at home and abroad. On the basis, it analyzes the influence of warm-mix additives on asphalt performance.
