橡胶改性沥青及混合料路用性能研究

摘    要:制备了普通橡胶沥青与脱硫橡胶沥青,并对不同掺量的两种橡胶改性沥青进行性能对比,最后选择合适的胶粉掺量进行了橡胶改性沥青混合料路用性能的评价.研究表明:经过高速剪切工艺,大颗粒的脱硫橡胶颗粒在沥青里大多分散成无明显颗粒的细小物质,而普通橡胶粉剪切后基本保持原有颗粒核心;与普通橡胶沥青相比,脱硫橡胶沥青的高温粘度低,但其他性能指标大多不如普通橡胶沥青;胶粉掺量的增加对普通橡胶沥青性能提升明显,而对脱硫橡胶沥青性能影响较小.

Abstract:Asphalt rubber(AR) and desulfurized rubber asphalt(DRA) are produced,the performance of two rubber asphalt with different contents are contrasted and then the pavement performance of modified rubber asphalt with right crumb rubber content is evaluated.Research shows that after high speed shearing process,the large desulfurized crumb rubber particles are dispersed into minimal ones in the asphalt,but the ordinary crumb rubber also kept their particle cores after sheared,compared with ordinary rubber asphalt,the viscosity of desulfurization rubber asphalt with high temperature is low,but other performance indicators is not as good as ordinary rubber asphalt,increasing crumb rubber content can raise the performance of common asphalt rubber obviously and it is not so sensitive to desulfurized rubber asphalt.
