| 摘 要： | 通过分析CTI软件的业务特点，指出在实现业务功能时，可采用数据驱动技术，即业务定义与过程处理相分离，而业务定义采用数据表格的技术。我们提出了两个方案来实现数据驱动技术；状态变迁表法与路径处理表法，讨论了这两个方案的具体措施。通过数据驱动技术，可以做到业务的更新只需要更新业务定义的数据表，不需要更新相关处理的代码。

| Abstract: | The data-driven technique can be applied in CTI software for characteristic of the CTI application.By the data-driven technique we can separate the service definition and the service realization.We provided two data-driven methods:the state-process-table method and path-process-table method,which are based on service definition table.By these methods,when we update the service,we only update the service definition table.The code for the services need not be updated. |
