基于电子海图的船舶绕避台风系统设计与实现

发挥电子海图显示平台优势,引入基于台风预报误差遭遇概率算法,设计了基于电子海图的船舶绕避台风系统,将台风基本数据信息和船舶航行基本信息,如船舶位置、航线以及台风的位置、行进路线等直观地显示在电子海图上,并运用台风预报误差遭遇概率算法,可快速、准确地制定出船舶绕避台风方案。利用此系统可有效、直观显示船舶和台风的相对动态关系,从而制定船舶绕避台风的航速和航线规划,保证船舶在恶劣的台风天气中的航行安全。

Typhoon Avoidance System Software for Vessel Based on ECDIS

A typhoon avoidance system based on ECDIS for vessel has been designed,in which the ECDIS platform superiority is developed and the probability density algorithm of typhoon forecast errors is introduced.In this system the basic data information of typhoon and ship navigation such as ship's positions,routes and typhoon's positions display on ECDIS directly and the probability density algorithm of typhoon forecast errors is adopted,the scheme for typhoon avoidance can be made quickly and accurately to ensure ship's safety of navigation in bad typhoon weather.
