摘    要:以某型离合器波形片和盘刷为实例,利用多体系统动力学的方法计算其弹性特性和清扫力。首先建立了实例波形片多体系统动力学模型,进行仿真计算,同时试验测试该实例样件的弹性特性。而后将仿真结果与试验结果进行对比分析,结果表明仿真方法误差在工程可接受的范围以内。

Application of Multi-body System Dynamics Technology in Design of Special Purpose Vehicle
Abstract:A certain type of clutch waveform spring and disc brush were taken as examples, and method of using multi-body system dynamics to calculate the elastic characteristics and cleaning force was studied. First of all, the model of multi-body system dynamics for waveform spring was established, and the simulation calculation was carried on. At the same time, the elastic characteristics of this sample was tested, and then the simulation results with the test results were compared. The results showed that the errors of simulation method within the acceptable range in engineering.
