松质骨加bBMP治疗Legg-Perthes病实验研究

目的　评价自体松质骨加bBMP移植对实验性Legg Perthes病动物股骨头的修复作用。方法　用TH胶股骨颈内注射法将 1 2只幼犬共 2 4髋制作Legg Perthes病模型 ,3个月后动物随机平均分为自然修复组A ,自体松质骨移植组B和松质骨加bBMP植入组C ,术后 4、8周观察不同方法的治疗效果。结果　A组所有股骨头变扁 ,骨质生长不良。B组股骨头高度明显低于术前 ,股骨头内修复范围有限。C组股骨头高度手术前后无明显变化 ,骨质生长良好 ,修复较完全。结论　松质骨加bBMP能促进幼犬股骨头修复 ,防止塌陷发生 ,是Legg Pethes病治疗的好方法。

Experimental study on treatment of Legg-Perthes disease by cancellous bone combinated bBMP grafting

Objective To evaluate the effect of the cancellous bone combinated bBMP grafting for experimental Legg Perthes disease. Methods To set up a Legg Perthes disease model,medical TH adhensive was injected into the bilateral femoral neck of 12 juvenile does.After 3 months,all of animals were randomly divided into 3 groups by average and treated with various methods.Group A restored spontaneously,group B was treated with cancellous bone autografting,and group C was treated with cancellous bone combinated bBMP grafting.Then the effect was observed after 4,8 weeks.Results The femoral head of group A became flatten,bone matrix was dysplasia and in group B,the height was obviously lower than that of preoperative.The restored area in femoral head was limited.In group C,the height hadn't any obviously changes at preoperative and postoperative.Development of bone matrix was good,and completely repair could be seen.Conclusion This is a good method for treating Legg Perthes disease,because it can help the femoral head of juvenile dog restores quickly and effectively prevent it from collapse.
