电动汽车动力系统参数设计

摘    要:动力性能作为汽车的“生命线”,对其重要性是不言而喻的。电动汽车作为清洁型车辆,其动力性也是极其重要的。文章根据理论与实践经验,进行了某款电动车辆的研发。对其基本驱动装置的额定功率和峰值功率等参数进行了计算,由最高车速和最大爬坡度确定了变速器和主减速器的传动比等。经过分析计算,确定了各基本参数值。指出该系统参数的确定是研发电动汽车的基础,对缩短研发周期具有很大帮助。

Parameters Design of EV Power Train
Abstract:As the life line of automobiles, dynamic performance is of the most importance. Therefore, the dynamic performance is very important to the electric vehicles, the clean energy vehicles. Based on vehicle theories and practical experience, we conduct the research on some EV and calculate the nominal power and nominal power peak of its basic parameters of power train. The gear ratios of transmission and main speed reducer have been determined by the maximum vehicle speed and maximum grade ability. Through analysis and calculation, each basic parameter was figured out. At last, this paper points out that the determination of the power train's parameters has laid a solid foundation for the R&D of EV and is conducive to shortening the R&D period.
