内蒙古黑沟特大桥施工控制方法研究

连续刚构桥在施工阶段有其自身的结构特点,文章结合内蒙古黑沟特大桥工程实例,探讨了预应力混凝土连续刚构桥的施工控制方法。通过建立全桥有限元模型,模拟桥梁的施工过程,计算了桥梁各个施工阶段的位移和应力值,与施工现场的实测数据进行了对比分析,得到箱梁不同截面、不同施工阶段的应力和挠度变化规律,各节段预应力钢束的张拉质量和应力储备情况,实现了实时监控,达到了设计要求和预期目标。

Study of construction control for Heigou Super-large Bridge in Inner Mongolia

There are some structural features for continuous fame bridge itself at the construction stage.From the construc- tion practice of Heigou Super-large Bridge in Inner Mongolia,this paper discusses the control method for construction control of continuous prestessed concrete frame bridge.The process of construction was emulated through the determination for finite ele- ment model for the whole bridge,thereby calculating the value of prestressing tendons,the displacement and the stresses at the different stages of construction,with the comparative analysis on the measured results at the field,obtaining the regular pattern of stresses and deflections at the different sections of the box beams under the various loads,the tensioning quality and the margin of stresses,reaching the design requirements and the anticipated goals,realizing real-time monitoring.
