粉煤灰对高性能砼收缩开裂性能影响试验研究

摘    要:设计收缩、小圆环约束开裂、水化热、极限拉伸率以及抗氯离子渗透性等5种试验方法来考核粉煤灰对高性能混凝土收缩开裂性能的影响。研究结果表明:粉煤灰能够改善高性能混凝土的工作性、降低早期弹性模量和水化热、7 d后强度能够快速增长并逼近基准混凝土,能够有效地提高混凝土的抗裂性能。

Abstract:This paper is to analyze the effect on shrinkage-cracking property of HPC by flyash by designing five check-up experiments such as desiccation-shrinkage,small steel rings restraint,hydration heat,ultimate tensile strain,and anti-chloride ion penetration,etc.The results reveal that flyash can improve the workability of HPC and decrease elastic modulus and hydration heat at early age,and promote effectively anti-cracking performance with its compressive strength approaching that of control sample after 7 days.
