| 摘 要： | 为充分利用雨水资源、缓解郑州市水资源紧张的压力、延缓城市地下水水位下降趋势、控制雨水径流面源污染,同时减轻城区防洪排涝压力,需作一规划研究.该文阐述了在新一轮的中心城区排水规划中,对雨水利用和控制的目标、范围、方式进行的研究.其成果为改善城市生态环境,保障郑州市经济、社会的可持续发展创造了条件.
