闽江福州河段防洪整治研究

摘    要:根据历年大量水文、泥沙、河床地形及近两年大范围地形测量和水文测验资料进行数学、物理模型试验及河床演变分析 ,对福州河段南北港河床演变有了较全面的认识。提出了闽江福州河段综合治理的原则及重点防护河段 ,承受 2 0 0年一遇洪水的防洪岸线 ,控制北港分流 ,指出北港采沙的危害 ,选择南港采沙场 ,为福州市防洪安全提供了决策依据

Abstract:According to the data of the hydrology, silt and fiver bed topography over the years as well as the topographic survey and hydrologic survey in large range in the last two years, the paper made the mathematics and physical model tests and analyzed the evolution of the river bed,so the river bed of south north port in Fuzhou River segment has been fully understood. The paper puts forward the principle of the comprehensive treatment of the Fuzhou River segment on the Minjiang River, centers on the protection of the river segments, bears 200-year recurrence interval flood shore lines, controls the diversion of the north port, points out the harmfulness of sand in the north port, selects the south port sand pit, so it provides the decision basis for the flood control safety in Fuzhou City.
