| 摘 要： | 本文在分析现有悬臂梁式小力值传感器的基础上,提出一种带有加速度补偿梁的传感器结构.试验结果表明,这种结构可较大地展宽传感器的工作频带.减小动态测量误差,且结构简单.易于实用。
