本文通过对企业资产重组一般动因和重组类别的阐述 ,讨论了我国企业资产重组的战略选择与目标取向 ,提出了我们在考虑资产重组时 ,除根据客观情况选择重组战略外 ,更应关注目标企业的专业人才和无形资产的观点。

On the Strategy and the Goal Tendency of the Asset Rearrangememt of National Enterprise

This paper probes into the choice and the goal tendency of national enterprise with demonstraton about the common spring and rearrangement types.It proposes the idea that in the consideration of asset rearrangement, apart from the choice of rearrangement according to objective condition, more concern should be taken about the specialised talent and the invisible property of goal enterprise.
