克山病区低硒粮饲养大鼠心脏收缩功能与舒张功能的变化

摘    要:将Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为3组,分别用克山病区低硒粮饲料、病区粮加亚硒酸钠(Na_2SeO_3)饲料和本校常规饲料喂养,用以研究克山病区低硒粮对心脏收缩功能与舒张功能的影响。实验结果发现,动物饲养两个月时,与补硒组和常规饲料组相比,低硒组大鼠的T值显著延长(P<0.05);动物饲养3个月时,低硒组大鼠的dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax显著减小(P<0.05),T值继续延长(P<0.05)。实行冠状动脉结扎术后,3组动物的各项心功能指标均发生严重损害,但常规饲料组的损害较轻,与低硒组相比,dp/dtmax和T值有显著性差别(P<0.05)。实验结果说明,克山病区低硒粮能造成心脏收缩与舒张功能损害,补硒则有保护作用。

Abstract:Sprague-Dawley rats fed on se-deficient dict(Sc 0.010 ppm), Se-supplemented dict(Se 0.180ppm)and the stock dict(Sc 0.121 ppm) respectively wereused to study the effects of Se status on cardiac systolicfunction The results showed that T constant in theSc-deficient group, as compared to Sc-supplementedgroup and stock dict group, significantly increased in 8weeks(P<0.05) and that dp/dtmax and -dp/dtmaxin Sc-deficient group significantly decreased and T con-stant increased continually in 12 weeks(P<0.05). Allindices of cardiac systolic and diastolic functions in thethree groups of rats were severely affected after aligaton of the coronary artery, but a marked differencebetween dp/dtmax, -dp/dtrnax and T of Se-deficientgroup and stock dict group was noted(P<0.05), thelesion in Se-deficient group was much more severethan that in stock dict group. In Se-supplementedgroup, improvement in cardiac function was seen, butsignificant differences in dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax and Tconstant, as compared to Se-deficient groups, was notobscrved (P>0.05) after ligation of the coronary ar-tery. The results showed that the Se-deficient cropsfrom endemic area of Keshan disease can cause thelesion of cardiace systolic and diastolic functions, butSc-supplemented has the protective effect on them.
