拖船拖缆机基座区域结构局部强度计算与试验研究

摘    要:为保证拖缆作业的安全,拖缆机基座下的船体结构必须有足够的强度。在拖缆机工作的条件下,对某型远洋拖船拖缆机基座区域船体结构进行有限元计算分析,试验测量了该区域船体结构的实际强度,经校核,由拖缆机基座强度试验得到的拖缆机基座测点的最大应力值小于许用应力值,表明该拖缆机基座满足强度要求。

Abstract:It is required for the hull structure below towing engine base to have sufficient strength to assure the safety of towing operation.Under the towing engine operating condition,the FEM calculation has been carried out on hull structure of an ocean towing vessel's towing engine base,and its actual strength has been measured.After check,the maximum stress of towing engine base measure point is less than the permitted value,and fulfills the strength requirement.
