摘    要:介绍了ZD9可挤型与不可挤型电动转辙机安装于分动外锁闭道岔,机车以5、15km/h速度挤岔时,转辙机挤岔状态及外锁闭装置受力、变形等分析,通过试验说明挤岔后尖轨位移、变形与速度的关系。并简要介绍了转辙机挤脱结构、工作原理及在道岔上的安装方式,验证了转辙机挤岔断表示功能安全可靠。

Abstract:The paper introduces the turnout trailing and an analysis for the force and the deformation of the external locking devices and state of point machine,while the ZD9 type of trailable and non-trailable mounting on the separate movement external locking turnout,with the locomotive through the turnout at speed of 5 km/h,15km/h. The experiment indicates the relationship between the displacement,deformation and speed after trailing. The paper also introduces the point machine structure,working principle and installation method on site,and verifies the safety and reliability of blade trailed indication function.
