提高光纤端面处理与熔接质量的技术探讨

摘    要:
提高光纤端面处理与熔接质量主要有三项关键技术:端面处理技术、熔接技术和熔接损耗的测量技术.熟练使用高档光纤切割机可以快速切出理想的光纤端面;精心选择光纤熔接机、合理选择光纤熔接程序可以大大提高熔接效果;正确使用光时域反射仪(OTDR)可以获得光纤接头的准确损耗值.

Abstract:
Improving the quality of optical fiber end surface and welding quality was three key technologies:surface processing technology,welding technology and welding loss measurement techniques.Skilled use of high-level optical fiber cutting machine could be quickly cut out the ideal optical fiber end surface.Carefully chosen fiber fusion splicer,a reasonable choice fiber fusion welding processes could greatly enhance the effect.The proper using Optical Time Domain Reflect meter (OTDR) could get the exact loss of ...
