摘    要:CRH5A型动车组转向架一系悬挂采用的是钢弹簧1]及双拉杆柔性定位结构,双拉杆结构较为复杂,并且采用了不同形式的多个橡胶元件,为拉杆定位参数的计算带来了一定的难度.通过对CRH5A型动车组转向架一系拉杆定位刚度进行了细致分析,最终推导出上下拉杆组成定位刚度计算公式.

Abstract:It is steel spring and double-rod flexible positioning structure that is used on the bogie primary sus- pension of EMU CRH5A. The double-rod positioning is complicated,with several different rubber parts, which makes it difficult to calculate the positioning stiffness. This article shows the analysis on primary suspension double-rod positioning stiffness, gives the calculate formula.
