柴油机电液控制配气机构性能仿真研究

摘    要:针对某柴油机的配气系统,设计了中压共轨电控可变气门系统。根据电控可变气门的工作原理,利用HYDSIM软件建立电液控制配气机构的仿真模型,对电控可变气门的动态特性进行研究。分析活塞直径、高压共轨腔压力和高压电磁阀的通流面积等关键参数对气门升程及气门响应的影响规律,研究确定可变气门机构部件的关键参数,得到了较为满意的气门运动动态特性仿真结果。

Abstract:For the valve system of diesel engine,the medium pressure common rail electronic-controlled variable valve system was designed.According to the working principle of electronic-controlled variable valve,the simulation model of electro-hydraulic controlling valve train was built by using HYDSIM software.The dynamic characteristic of electronic-controlled variable valve was researched with the model.In addition,the influences of piston diameter,high pressure common rail pressure and flow passage area of high pressure solenoid valve on valve lift and valve response were analyzed,the key parameters of variable valve parts were determined,and finally the more satisfying simulation results of dynamic characteristic for valve movement were acquired.
