摘    要:碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)具有高强、质轻、工艺性好和耐腐蚀好等优点,在混凝土结构加固领域的应用日趋广泛。针对实际情况下钢筋混凝土梁式桥因受弯承载力不足产生破坏的特点,对碳纤维布加固混凝土梁的受弯性能进行了试验和初步有限元数值分析,通过ANSYS有限元建模,其中,混凝土单元类型采用Solid65空间混凝土单元,钢筋单元采用Link8空间链杆单元,外部粘贴CFRP采用Shell41膜单元,混凝土梁支座采用Solid45单元。分析与试验结果表明,与普通混凝土构件相比,经CFRP加固的混凝土构件可有效利用碳纤维材料高强度的特性,混凝土梁的抗弯承载能力和刚度得到较大幅度的提高,在混凝土结构加固领域具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP) is widely used to strengthen concrete structure for its good performances such as high strength,lightness in weight,excellent construction and high corrosion resistance.Based on the destructive characteristics of RC beams,a finite element analysis for the flexural bearing capacity of reinforced concrete(RC) beams using CFRP is presented.A finite element model is build using ANSYS program.There are four element types are defined,including Solid65 element type serves for concrete element,Link8 element type serves for bar element,Shell41 element type serves for CFRP element and Solid45 element type serves for beam seats.Analysis and experimental results shows that CFRP improves the flexural bearing capacity and rigidity of beams by taking full advantage of its performance in comparison with the beams without strengthened.It will be used widely for concrete stucture reinforcement.
