| Abstract: | The construction of course teaching staff team has a close relation with the course construction.The unscientific orientation of the college English course causes the course teachers ＂marginalized＂.The new personnel training objective standard published by the ministry of education requires to adjust college English course as one of the vocational skills courses,the course teachers to achieve ＂the double-teacher quality＂ change. |
