汽车行星和半轴齿轮热处理工艺的改进

摘    要:通过热处理工艺试验证明:采用再加热淬火工艺,可以细化齿轮材料的晶粒度和显微组织,改善不良的预处理组织;采用中冷连续式渗碳自动线进行渗碳淬火,不仅可以细化材料的晶粒,改善齿轮的金相组织,而且还可以大大提高齿轮热处理的生产效率。

Abstract:In this paper,a series of different heat treatment process test are introduced.The results show that using reheating and quenching process,the grain size and microstructure of gear material can be refined,and bad microstructure of pretreatment can be improved.Caburizing and quenching are conducted by using an automatic intercooled continuous carburizing production line,not only the grain size of gear can be refined and microstructure can be improved,but also the production efficiency of heat treatment can be improved greatly.
