| 摘 要： | 目前我国所使用的TBM以开敞式为主，通常情况下，隧道掘进之后需要施作初期支护以及二次模筑混凝土衬砌，隧道施工总工期较长。为了解决开敞式TBM不能同步施作现浇混凝土二次衬砌的难题，结合南疆铁路吐库二线中天山隧道和兰渝铁路西秦岭隧道工程实例，研发了有轨运输出渣（开挖直径88 m）和连续皮带机出渣（开挖直径1023 m）2种工况条件、2种断面下的开敞式TBM同步衬砌施工技术，并成功应用。探讨了该技术的应用前景及发展趋势，指出： 该技术具有重大的推广意义和广阔的应用前景，下一步需要深入地、系统地研究不同工况、不同断面条件、不同作业范围的同步衬砌施工技术，如小断面同步衬砌、现浇混凝土仰拱同步衬砌、全断面同步衬砌等施工技术，使之形成系列工法，推动我国长大隧道TBM施工技术的全面发展。

| Abstract: | TBMs used in China mostly are open TBMs For long tunnels constructed by open TBMs, primary support and secondary lining are needed, which causes long tunnel construction period In the paper, the synchronous lining construction technologies for Zhongtianshan tunnel and West Qinling tunnel are presented and the developing trend of the synchronous lining construction technology is discussed. |
