| 摘 要： | 砂浆车（罐）是地铁施工中常用的设备，但长期困扰用户的一个问题是砂浆车（罐）前后轴的漏浆及维护不便的问题。通过工地试验和分析原砂浆车（罐）的结构形式，对砂浆车（罐）搅拌系统进行重新设计、制作工艺改进和关键零部件选型等。使砂浆车（罐）的漏浆情况得到了缓解，延长了前后轴总成的有效使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Mortar mixer is widely used in the construction of Metro works, however, it has such problems as mortar leakage and maintenance inconvenience. The design and manufacturing of the mixing system of the mortar mixer are optimized and key parts to be used for the mixing system of the mortar mixer are proposed. In the end, the mortar leakage of the mortar mixer is mitigated and the service life of the mixing system of the mortar mixer is prolonged. |
