| 摘 要： | 针对船厂物资种类繁多,经常出现重要物资供应不及时或某些物资库存过大等现象,导致仓储管理混乱、生产效率低下和资金压力巨大等问题,提出利用RFID技术进行船厂仓储管理。以某船厂为例,证明利用RFID技术,可以推动物资的可视化管理,优化整个物资供应链,同时为船厂实现准时生产、提高生产效率提供了重要手段。

| Abstract: | In view of the wide variety of materials in the shipyards,which lead to disorder of the warehouse management,low efficiency of production and huge financing pressure,the paper puts forward a solution that using the RFID technology to manage shipyard warehouses.Taking a shipyard as an example,it proves that using the RFID technology can promote the visual management of the shipyard materials,improve the entire material supply chain and provide an important method for achieving JIT production and raising the efficiency of production. |
