| 摘 要： | 在我国交通运输业朝着综合运输体系发展的大背景下,提出了交通运输系统资源配置的分析与评价问题,对交通运输系统资源配置效果进行了界定,并采用数据包络(DEA)方法对我国交通运输资源配置的效率作了定量的评价,得出了不同历史时期的资源配置效率、规模收益情况和目标投入量与目标产出量.
