踏面磨耗及其对轮轨接触几何关系的影响

摘    要:对运营中的若干列某型号动车组踏面参数进行了跟踪测试,从统计学角度对踏面磨耗规律进行了分析,计算了踏面磨耗对轮轨接触几何关系和等效锥度的影响,对旋轮前后车辆运行平稳性指标进行了对比。结果表明,踏面不旋轮运营一段时间后与标准踏面差别较大,轮轨接触几何呈非对称,而旋轮能有效改善车辆的动力学性能。

Abstract:The tread parameters of a certain type of multiple units in operation are tracked and measured. The tread wear patterns are analyzed from the statistics aspect. And the effect of tread wear upon the wheel-rail contact geometry and the equivalent conicity is calculated. The ride comfort indexes before and after wheel turning are compared. The result shows that, after a certain period of operation, the tread of an unturned wheel will be quite different with the standard tread, the wheel-rail contact geometry ...
