丰田企业文化的剖析及借鉴意义

摘    要:丰田汽车公司的快速发展,全球掀起学习TPS的浪潮,但很少有企业能学习成功。通过和丰田人员的共事和学习认识到:学习TPS,首先要从企业文化的角度全面剖析其背景、发展过程和科学原理,真正理解和认识了TPS,再结合企业自身发展阶段,科学制定具有挑战性的方针/目标,激发起全员全面彻底的PDCA持续改善和标准化意识,培育TPS能够生根发芽的土壤,在科学的工作方法中全面培养人才,奠定了良好的基础,企业才能快速、持续发展。TPS的理念和管理方法可以成功地运用于所有行业。

Abstract:With the fast development of Toyota Motor Corporation,there is a global wave to learn the TPS.But seldom companies succeeded.Through working and learning with the employees of Toyota Motor Corporation,the author realized to learn TPS need to begin with detail and total analysis of the background development and scientific theory of the company's culture first.After fully understanding the TPS,then according to the reality of the own company development made the scientific and strategic targets/aims,stimulated the employees' idea of PDCA and standardization continuously to build the environment of TPS growing up,trained the talents in scientific way.So that the corporation can get fast and sustainable progress.TPS theory and management way can be put into use in all the industries.
