The city rail transportation project has some common characteristics: including that the project schedule is tight with great interference during construction, and the coordination at site is difficult. However, the power supply system construction is the most important point of the entire city rail transportation project. From the general view, it studies on the more difficult points of the power supply system, such as the organization mode, organization management, determination of technical proposal, and project management and proposes the prime contracting mode for construction and organization of power supply system.
