| 摘 要： | 自主学习已成为我国外语教育研究中的一个热点,自主学习观念已深入人心。但它不是一个仅仅属于学习者的概念。我们在探讨学习者自主学习的同时,应关注教师的自主性。文中对学习者自主与教师自主两个概念进行了简单的分析,探讨两者的关系,提出了实现教师自主的一些办法。

| Abstract: | Learner autonomy has become a hot issue in the profession of ELT in China and the notion of learner autonomy has become rooted in people's minds.But it is not the only one belonging to the learners.Today,we should concern more about teacher autonomy when probing the notion of learner autonomy.This paper illustrates the relationship between learner autonomy and teacher autonomy based on the definition of the two concepts,and presents some methods to foster teacher autonomy. |
