面向再制造的小型内燃机机体设计技术研究

运用面向再制造的产品设计基本概念,在对小型内燃机机体进行正常失效分析的基础上,研究和提出了对其进行面向再制造的设计时,应考虑的主要问题和基本的设计技术。其中,主要讨论了机体顶平面、气缸孔、曲轴主轴承孔、凸轮轴孔等主要结构面向再制造设计时应注意的问题及相应的设计方法,讨论了机体工艺孔堵盖的结构形式和对再制造的影响。

Study on the Cylinder Block Design Technology of Small Type Internal-combustion Engine for Remanufacture

Based on normal failure analysis for cylinder block of small type internal-combustion engine,and applying the basic concepts of remanufacture for products design,the major questions which should be considered during designing the cylinder block and basic design technology are given out. Among them,the main questions and design methods for the top surface,the cylinder holes,the main bearing holes and the cam shaft holes of the cylinder block are discussed in detail,the structure forms of technological cover and effects to remanufacture of cylinder block are discussed.
