| 摘 要： | 以现代电力系统的发展趋势为背景,从大电力系统建设、新能源和分布式电源与微网的兴起、负荷构成变化3个方面综合分析了电能质量领域的发展动态和研究意义。以欧盟-LPQI和美国EPRI在劣质电能成本上的调查结果为依据,概要介绍了电能质量市场和经济性研究工作,总结了现代电能质量特性与监测要求的关系以及国内在电能质量控制装置研制方面的进展。
