厦门港航道通过能力建模及应用

摘    要:以经典航道通过能力模型为基础,通过引入不同尺度船舶出现频率因子对航道通过能力模型加以改进,并对厦门港航道进行实证分析。结果表明:考虑在单向通航影响因素下,主航道、海沧航道和东渡航道年通过能力分别为8.9万艘、5.8万艘和10.6万艘,3条航道的利用率分别为0.48、0.56和0.22。海沧航道已处于饱和状态,主航道接近饱和状态,东渡航道利用率最低而仍有较大的提升空间。该模型能为计算航道通过能力提供一种新方法,计算结果可供港航管理部门未来航道规划参考。

Abstract:A new traffic capacity model is derived from the classic traffic capacity model by introducing into it the vessel occurrence frequency factors for ships of different sizes. The model is used to analyze the channels of Xiamen port for illustration, which gives the results as follows: Under the condition of one-way channel, the annual ship traffic flows in Xiamen main channel, Haicang channel and Dongdu channel are respectively 89 000, 58 000 and 106 000. Utilization rate of them are 0.48,0.56 and 0.22 respectively. It shows that traffic in Haicang channel is of saturation, in Xiamen main channel near the saturation, while in Dongdu channel there is much room for future planning.
