| 摘 要： | 文章从战后国际干预的发展趋势入手,分析了＂新干涉主义＂产生的理论与实践背景,并指出＂新干涉主义＂是霸权主义、强权政治的集中体现,是对国际公认的国际关系的基本原则和《联合国宪章》的公然否定和对抗。虽然其貌似强大,但逆历史潮流而动,始终逃脱不了失败的命运。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of the post-war development of international intervention,the theoretical and practical background of Neo-interventionism has been analyzed,and the argument that Neo-interventionism is the abusing of international intervention imposed by the western developed counties has been declared,which points out its innate nature of hegemonism that is doomed to fail in spite of its powerful appearance. |
