| 摘 要： | 本文结合铁路建筑安装施工企业的实际情况 ,从强化工程承揽、拓宽收入源头 ;围绕工程价款问题做好工程合同有关条款的补充和修订 ;强化验工计价管理 ,做好工程价款结算 ;以及注重包价调整和索赔工作 ,提高工程价款收入水平等几个方面论述了施工企业增加工程价款收入的主要途径。在现有条件下 ,以尽快使铁路建筑安装施工企业特别是专业化施工企业 ,不断增加工程价款收入 ,提高经济收益水平。

| Abstract: | Based on the real situation of railway constuction enterprise,the paper describes the main ways to increase revenue from constructin cost for construction enterprise from the aspects of cintracting construction,enlarging resources of income,supplementing and modifying the terms of construccr related to construction cost,strengthening management of acceptance and valuation,accounting of construction cost and paying attention to readjustment of price and claim work.Thisn is the way to increase the economic income for the railway construction enterprise,especially for the professional construction enterprise. |
