| 摘 要： | 在中国,建设绿色港口方兴未艾。建立绿色港口评价指标体系对于指导、规范绿色港口建设,创造公平竞争环境有着重要意义。阐述了建立绿色港口评价指标体系的重要性。介绍了绿色港口的定义,并以上海港为例,介绍了建立评价指标体系的指导思想、设计原则、指标构成和应用方法。对同行有一定的参考价值。
