摘    要:介绍电力推进液化天然气(LNG)船应用双燃料发动机之后,由于在机舱区通入燃气管路而采取相应的特殊设计和安全措施。机舱区的安全区域和危险区域需重新划分;双燃料发动机的排气系统、滑油系统和冷却水系统等主要管系均需作有针对性的特殊设计,同时需设计不同控制等级的应急切断模式;此外,还需全面考虑燃气探测系统和强制通风系统等安全装置的设置。在完成初步设计之后,需通过开展全面的风险评估和故障诊断分析确保双燃料动力系统的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the application of dual fuel engine on the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) carriers with electrical propulsion. The safe zones and hazardous zones in the engine room must be rearranged according to the special design and safety precautions of the gas pipelines across the engine room. The major pipelines of exhaust gas system, lubricate oil system and cooling water system as well as the emergency cut-off system with different control levels need to be designed specifically. Moreover, configuration of safety devices for the gas detection system and the forced ventilation system needs to be considered carefully. When the preliminary design is accomplished, it is necessary to have a comprehensive analysis on the potential risk and fault diagnosis to guarantee the safety and reliability of the dual fuel power system.
