快速机动化背景下的城市交通发展策略——以厦门市为例

厦门正面，盗机动化的快速发展时期，城市交通发展形势日趋恶化，正处于战略选择的重要关口。结合国内外城市交通发展经验，从土地资源、能源利用、城市发展和社会环境等角度分析．提出城市交通发展模式与策略，即必须坚持公交优先发展战略，加快城市骨干运输网络和城市交通枢纽两个系统建设，实施公交优先政策、交通需求管理政策和区域差别化交通发展政策等三项政策。

Urban Transport Development Strategy against Backgrounds of Rapid Motorization --Take Xiamen City for Example

Xiamen is faced with a rapid development period of motorization. The traffic development trend is getting worse, faced with an important strategical choice. From the view of land resources, power use, urban development and social environment, it advances a series of suggestion and strategies for Xiamen urban transportation development upon the research of domestics and foreign advanced experience. Xiamen should persevere in public transportation priority strategy, impel the construction of transit framework and transportation hinge system, and carry out the strategies of public transportation priority, transportation demand management and zoned transportation development.
