| 摘 要： | 曹妃甸工业区某工程船闸桩基采用预应力高强度混凝土管桩,施工中某区域PHC管桩未达到设计高程时,出现贯入度突然减小、个别桩头碎裂的异常情况。经过对PHC管桩质量、施工区域土质、降水对土体结构影响等原因分析,考虑预松土+沉桩、射水辅助沉桩、振冲后沉桩等施工工艺及费用、破坏土体、施工环境等因素来解决沉桩异常问题。经试验证明,采用预松土+沉桩的方法,可有效解决沉桩异常问题。
