摘    要:铰缝破坏是装配式空心板桥的一种常见病害。为了得到车辆荷载下铰缝破坏程度对荷载横向传递的影响趋势以及每块空心板的最不利受力情况,对一座典型的预应力装配式空心板桥进行了计算分析。通过折减铰缝弹性模量的方法来模拟铰缝的破坏程度;采用影响线加载的方法获得最不利的车辆加载工况,并以主板跨中截面梁底的正应力为参数进行分析。结果表明:在铰缝弹性模量折减到千分之一时,正应力变化不大(铰缝两侧主板错位不大);而当铰缝弹性模量继续减小时,正应力迅速增大(铰缝两侧主板错位迅速增大)。主板最不利的受力状况为单板受力。

Abstract:Hinge failure is a common disease in fabricated hollow slab bridges.In order to get the effect tendency of hinge failure on load horizontal transfer and the most adverse condition of each slab under vehicle load,a typical prestressed fabricated hollow slab bridge was analyzed.The hinge failure was simulated by reducing the elastic modulus of the hinge;the influence-line was adopted to obtain the most adverse loading condition and the normal stress at the bottom of mid-span section of each slab was analyzed.The results show that the normal stress changes little when the elastic modulus of the hinge is reduced to 1/1000(the dislocation of slabs on both sides of the hinge is small as well) and increases rapidly as the elastic modulus continues to decrease(the dislocation of slabs on both sides of the hinge increases rapidly also).The phenomenon of "single beam bearing" is the most loading condition for each slab.
