摘    要:普通的沥青混合料和改性沥青混合料在高温、湿热地区很难满足超长陡坡、大跨径桥梁、超长隧道路面等对沥青混合料的路用性能要求高的特点。利用环氧沥青混凝土具有强度高、柔韧性好,良好的高温稳定性、层间结合能力强及优良的抗疲劳等特性来满足这些特殊路段路面的对沥青性能的要求。采用体积法进行FAC-13环氧沥青混合料配合比设计,并结合GTM法来解决沥青混凝土通车后在重载交通碾压下产生"二次压实"现象的难题。试验结果表明基于GTM的FAC-13环氧沥青混合料具有良好的高温稳定性和体积特性,设计过程对解决特殊路段沥青路面病害具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:In the rainy area with high temperature, it's difficult for ordinary asphalt mixture and modified asphalt mixture to meet the high pavement performance requirements for pavement of long steep, large-span bridges and long tunnel, while the ep oxy asphalt mixture which has high flexural strength and long fatigue life could meet the requirements for such special sections. In this paper, mix design for FAC-13 epoxy asphalt mixture has been carried out on the basis of volumetric method, mean while, being combined with GTM, the problem of rutting under heavy load can be solved. The results have shown that the mix ture with FAC-13 by GTM could achieve good high temperature stability and volumetric characteristic, which could provide ref erences for solving problems of asphalt pavement of special sections.
