基于交互式数字测试格式的系统设计

摘    要:为有效地解决DTIF数据可读性差的问题,并可将测试开发人员人工分析的GO-NODO测试数据和基于故障字典的诊断数据直接转换为ATE设备所支持的DTIF文件,为此作为数字电路TPS开发的辅助工具,将有利于提高测试开发的效率;同时,也可以作为除LASAR和数字电路故障诊断测试集自动生成软件系统Octopus之外,另一种DTIF测试数据的生成工具。对有效提高数字电路板TPS开发效率具有现实意义。

Abstract:To effectively solve the problem of poor readability DTIF data,and may test developers manual analysis of the GO-NODO test data and the diagnosis based on fault dictionary data directly into ATE equipment supported DTIF file,for TPS as a digital circuit development of auxiliary tools that will help to improve the efficiency of test development.The same time,as inter LASAR and digital circuit fault diagnosis test set automatically generated software system Octopus,the other DTIF test data generation tool.Effective to improve the efficiency of digital circuit board TPS development has significant meaning.
