SOFIM连杆螺栓的有限元分析

摘    要:针对SOFIM连杆螺栓出现的早期疲劳断裂现象,建立了连杆螺栓的有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件对该连杆螺栓进行了有限元分析,并与疲劳试验结果进行了对比,吻合较好。分析结果表明,该连杆螺栓早期疲劳断裂的原因是由于杆部与头部的过渡圆弧处产生的应力集中所导致的。该结论为以后的改进工作提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Earlier fatigue failure phenomenon of SOFIM Engine connecting rod bolt is concentrated on in this paper. A finite element model is established and a finite element analysis is carried out by ANSYS software.Meanwhile there is a good coincidence between the finite element analysis results and test results.Analysis results indicate that the arc transition area between rod and head is easy to produce stress concentration ,which results in earlier fatigue failure.It provides the theoretical foundation for design and modification in future.
