焊接构架耐腐蚀材料应用试验研究

摘    要:为提高焊接构架的抗腐蚀能力,采用耐候结构钢代替现有Q235系列普通碳素结构钢和Q345系列低合金结构钢作为焊接构架用钢材,对耐候结构钢的化学成分、力学性能、焊接工艺、涂装工艺等进行了评定和全面分析。

Abstract:To improve the corrosion resistance of welded bogie frames, weather resistant steels are used to replace current Q235Series common carbon structural steels and Q345 Series low alloy structural steels as the welding structural materials. For this reason, the chemical compositions, mechanical properties; welding procedures and coating processes are evaluated and completely analyzed.
