摘    要:针对某桥梁建设中由于缺乏配制高性能混凝土的优质天然河砂,利用机制砂配制出C50混凝土,并用于预应力T梁。通过选用三片T梁进行常规试验和破坏。试验表明,机制砂混凝土T梁和天然河砂T梁两者物理力学性能基本一致,并确定了机制砂混凝土T梁的极限荷载。

Abstract:Based on a bridge construction project, which is lack of the high quality river sand to confect the high performance concrete, the paper proposes the way of using machine-made sand to confect the C50 concrete and apply for the prestressed T girder. Routine test and destroy test by choosing three pieces of T girders shows that the performance of physics mechanics is basically consistent and confirms the Limit load of T girder made by the machinemade Sand concrete.
