| 摘 要： | 采用轮缘润滑系统的目的是为了有效、大幅度地降低车轮与轨道的磨损.介绍了莱伯斯(REBS)轮缘润滑系统特点及其组成部件的功能,以及系统的安装、调试与维护工作,系统的应用效果、优势、润滑剂的选用、电控方式等.使用该系统后,轮缘修磨的间隔时间延长了数倍甚至数十倍,轨道的使用寿命大幅提高,运行噪声显著降低,列车脱轨的危险性也急剧减小.

| Abstract: | Wheel flange lubrication system is to reduce effectively the wheel and rail wear. This paper introduces the characters and functions of REBS product, its installation and maintenance, its application and the oil selection, argues that the adoption of this system will extend the intervals of wheel flange burnishing nearly ten times,which will not only increase the service life of the rail, reduce the running noise, but will also cut down the dangers of derailment. |
